Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: email, full name, optional role/industry from onboarding.
• Generation inputs & outputs: the form data you submit and the AI response, stored against your account.
• Usage metadata: tool used, credit cost, timestamp.

What we never collect

• Payment card numbers — handled entirely by our payment processor.
• Your other Google/Microsoft account data (we only get your email when you sign in via Google).
• Browsing or cross-site tracking data.

AI processing

Your inputs are sent to a third-party large-language-model provider via our Lovable AI Gateway in order to generate the output you requested. We do not allow that provider to train on your inputs. Outputs are stored against your account so you can view history, save, and rewrite them.

Use the Safe Data Cleaner tool to redact names, emails, phone numbers, and other identifiers before pasting sensitive content.

Data retention

• Free plan: 7 days of history.
• Pro: 30 days. Expert: 90 days.
• Saved outputs are kept until you delete them or close your account.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@aiofficeos.example. Account closure deletes all generations within 30 days.
