1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Worksage, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person. Sharing logins is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Worksage to generate content that:

• Harasses, defames, or threatens any individual.
• Violates Indian law or third-party intellectual property.
• Misrepresents you as another person or company.
• Attempts to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the underlying AI models.

4. AI output

AI outputs are generated by machine-learning models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing every output before sending or acting on it. We do not guarantee output accuracy, suitability, or fitness for any specific purpose.

5. No affiliation

Worksage is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Claude, Microsoft, Google, Grammarly, or any other AI or productivity company.

6. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account anytime.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worksage's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect.
