If you're not satisfied with Worksage within 7 days of your first paid charge, email us at refunds@aiofficeos.example with your account email. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.

What's covered

• The first paid month of any subscription tier (Beginner, Pro, Expert).
• Accidental double charges — refunded immediately, no questions.
• Service outages exceeding 24 continuous hours — pro-rated credit refund.

What's not covered

• Renewal charges after the first 7 days. Cancel anytime; the next renewal will not be billed.
• Credits already consumed in generation.
• Dissatisfaction with AI output quality after substantial usage (50+ generations).
